Amethyst Beadwoven Necklace
Amethyst Beadwoven Necklace I have made this necklace with a combination of peyote stitch and ladder stitch. The beads for the necklace are about a 4mm size and the tear drop shaped amethyst pendant is 30mm.

This necklace looks delicate but is very strong numerous layers of thread give it strength while allowing it to flow gracefully. Each bead in the necklace is surrounded with seed beads.

The vintage clasp is tube shaped and has a small lever to open and close it. It clicks into place when closed.

The total length of the necklace is 18 inches and the length from the top of the triangle to the bottom of the pendant is 2 1/2 inches.

This is a wonderful necklace to wear as it is light but makes a statement!
