Soul River - Handmade Bear Totem & Dream Catcher Necklace

Soul River - Handmade Bear Totem & Dream Catcher Necklace

(NaosGlass)
This is another collaborative piece with artist Jessy Wahl. I created the Bear Totem focal and wired the piece together, while Jessy made the Dream Catcher from scratch. The ribbon was hand-dyed and sewn by Kathleen of KAS Lampwork.
Just a Little Something to Put on a Silver Chain

Just a Little Something to Put on a Silver Chain

(RickieVogesDesign)
I don't often make pendants, but with a stash of leftover beads in oneseys and twosies from sets I've used for necklaces and bracelets, it seemed likt time to put them to good use, instead of hiding away in the bottom of my bead box. What alot of fun I've had playing with my beautiful left-overs!
More Orchids

More Orchids

(Eugena)
Here are a few new sculpted pendants I made last week. Most of them are still available and will soon be listed on my site.

I enjoy sculpting orchids more than any other flowers. They have such a diversity in shapes and colors...

The pendants range from about 1" to 3" in size, and the orchids are about 1/2" to 3/4" in size. They are sculpted from the highest quality polymer clay and combined with pieces of shells.

Cane pendant

Cane pendant

(Sheltie19)
I made some cane with some boro glass.. I used clear and blue and pink and black. I made a blob of cane.. put it in the kiln... got it and attached a punty.. and shaped it.. made a connection for the chain to go through... I am happy with it.

Medallion Collabs with Nick Elledge

(JasonBurruss)
I was recently employed by Nick Elledge to do this work. I was thrilled when I saw the quality of his glass work and spent a lot of time and energy on making these nice. I think we both did a great job. I am available to work for other glass blowers. Tell me what you guys think...

"Apple Tree"

(BashiGlassWorks)
There is a popular story that Newton was sitting under an apple tree, an apple fell on his head, and he suddenly thought of the Universal Law of Gravity.

creepy fun pendants made from orphan beads - gotta find a use for them! i just took some hand carved bone skulls, coral, amber, tiger-eye, silver fleckled mexican turquoise and fresh water pearls then layered them all up on a 3" sterling silver headpins and made some pendants. visit my bead blog (sept.'06) for inspirational graffiti: http://lucindasto...

Miscellanious fun stuff!

Miscellanious fun stuff!

(Mr.Smiley)
I'm kind of all over the map with my work. I love trying new things. The world never gets to see most of my work. Aside from having ADD, I'm also a perfectionist. Here is some interesting stuff I've done to keep my mind occupied.
Healing pendants...

Healing pendants...

(Mr.Smiley)
I started showing these on lampworketc.com and had an old friend name them. She's had some health problems and she thought one of these may comfort her along her journey. I named them in honor of her struggles and dedicate them to her speedy recovery.

(Mr.Smiley)
These holes are about a half inch... I can't wait to see what customers do with them. I love making beads that spark creativity in jewelry designers. I can see these with fiber or multi-strand designs... even just thrown on a chain.

(Mr.Smiley)
I think I may just electroform everything. I love how it turns out and it's so much fun! Keep an eye on your pets and small children. If they get too close to me, they may come home plated. ;)
HOG - Sculpted Off-Mandrel Pendants

HOG - Sculpted Off-Mandrel Pendants

(HeartsOfGlass)
I enjoy sculpting in glass and have been developing several different designs. Off mandrel scuptural work has becoming increasingly appealing for me as my heat control improves. It's extremely challenging in soft glass, but the fluidity is addictive!
