Beachin Pink Bracelet
(
TheArtisanNook
)
Stunning lampwork shells in soft salmon pink and hint of ivory, dusted with a coating to give them the look and feel of authentic shells from the shore! This piece is accented with loads of handcrafted sterling silver, pewter charms and fresh water pearls! Fits from a size 6-3/4" to 8" bracelet.
A Heart Full of Love
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
Lampwork lentils covered in hearts are the focal point of this braclet with lampwork by Melanie Moertel. Sweet and whimsical with lots of personality and a pure delight to wear around your wrist.
Pretty as a Peacock
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
They 'eyes' have it! Wonderful detailed lampwork torched by Manuela Wutschke in very eclectic styles and shapes are full of detail and interest much like the feathers of a peacocks tail. Each bead is a mini work of art--weara museum on your wrist with this simply strung bracelet.
Garden Fantasy
(
Mariah
)
Garden fantasy bracelet In an extravagant style with many different hand made polymer clay flowers each hand shaped by Mariah. Seed bead cabbage rose flowers with pearl center, bead leafs and Czech glass all in an intricate design making up this one of a kind bracelet.
Happy Hauntings...
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
This is the month we celebrate Halloween here in the states. I tend more to the cutesy side of decor rather than the scary. I want the neighborhood kids to come up to the door with a smile not trembling in their boots. We have a tradition of carving pumpkins--my husbands are scary and detailed...while mine are whimsical and sometimes just plain silly--that's the way I like it. This bracelet is just plain fun with the charming lampwork beads by Melanie Egan and a kitty by Jena Fulcher for a charm. Just my style!
If You Can't Play...Don't Prowl
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
Tiger beads and florals are a favorite combination of mine. This charm bracelet features both in lampwork by Jena Fulcher and more subdued fall colors emphasizing the browns and ambers with pearls and Czech glass leaves, sterling silver and of course beautifully executed lampwork.
Dulce de Leche
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
Sweet cream and caramel describe this bracelet perfectly. Beautiful lampwork by Tiffany McCoy and Elaine Zahran combine for a perfect dessert for the wrist.
Sonoma Sunset
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
Ripening grapes and autumn leaves combine for a rich palette of colors this time of year in the Sonoma Valley of Northern California. These stunning Lauscha colored transparents by Robyn Knapp capture the essence of the colors and feel of an evening sunset in my favorite vineyard.
Silvered Raku Bead Sets
(

)
These are some of my favorite beads to make, I love using silver dust and shavings in my beads, it's always a surprisingly beautiful look. See all my listings in my ebay store Home Fried Beads and More
Turtle Bay February '08
(

It's been awhile since I've played with my beads...just a general malaise and lots of distractions. But I had fun working with these beads and putting together a bracelet with a Biagi bracelet blank I purchased before the holidays. Who knows maybe designing will be fun again!
Bracelets-Under The Sea
(
EnchantedPathways
)
Under the Sea Collection are made with Sra handmade lampwork beads from artist I buy from that I incorporate into art to wear designer jewelry. I use Fresh water pearls, boro lamp work beads and Balinese and Karen Hill Tribe sterling silver in my designs.
Hopeless Romantic
(
AshtonJewels
)
This bracelet features five of my favorite beads, wrapped in sterling wire and accented with tourmaline and a hand made hook and eye clasp.
When I made the beads, I had planned to sell them as a set but my muse sort of snatched them up.
March Madness '08
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
Well, finally I'm on a designing frenzy, after a long hiatus from the workbench. I'm trying to get my groove back, after a long winter's nap! So now that I've made a start, I just need to keep going! I'm looking around for inspiration all around and hoping I'll make something that will make your heart skip a beat. So here goes start--it's March Madness time! Any beginning,from me, wouldn't be complete without some odes to the seashore, as you will see!
Big Sur
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
I couldn't resist my latest lampwork purchase--some exquisite lampwork sets by Dawn Scannell. They combined her exceptional raku skills with my beloved seashells. Here is my first "baby" to come from the treasures I had to have to play with! The beads were encased in clear to give them even more depth and beauty. I wish my photography could even do them half justice. You just have to hold these beads in your hands to appreciate their true worth!
Old Fashioned Love Song
(
RickieVogesDesign
)
Here's a sweet little bracelet with lampwork by Holly Kempson. I haven't seen her around much lately. This is a set of hers I've had for quite awhile---waiting on my muse to catch the vision. I love the colors of rich blues and ambers so I've combined it with sterling Turkish beads and carnelian gemstones. I also used a newly designed clasp from Pegasus Imports and one of their charming sterling leaves for that perfect finishing touch. Once again it's a touch asymmetrical for just a little surprise and interest. Hopefully enough balance to please the eye, with a little surprise to keep you coming back.
