Implosion Cab Bracelet

This is what happens when I have to much fun with something. Chris Roesinger blew the implosion cab and I decided to make a bracelet instead of a pendant. I accented the cab with 4 dark blue sapphires. The centerpiece took me about 5 hours. The centerpiece is conformed to your wrist. This makes an extremely comfortable bracelet that you can hardly tell is on. I also made the chain band. I formed every link and put them together. There are approximately 600 links in the band. This takes about 10 hours. There is about 3 ounces of sterling silver in the entire bracelet. I like making bracelets more than anything else. I can size bracelets to a person's wrist with a simple measurement. This bracelet is for sale for $400. I would retail this in a gallery or art show for around $1000. I also can custom make these for anyone who is interested.

As Fall fades to a close, winter's beauty will soon be upon us. Yes, winter can be beautiful! Bright colored sunsets against the white snow, shades of sophisticated grey and lush cocoa browns, the vibrant jeweled colors of a Holiday party! Having recently moved from California to Nevada, I sometimes find myself dreaming of the ocean that I once called home. So, I went in to my studio and decided to make a few beads. However, I am still missing those waves and sand. Lol. I am sure that I will be putting up more photos soon!
