Beaded Tree Sculpture

Beaded Willow - Wire Tree Sculpture 4"H x 3.5"W x 3"D Made of 26 gauge galvanized steel wire with yellow, white and green colored fringes beads that are wired onto each branch. Mounted on a piece of free formed solid glass using sea sand and a bonding agent. The sand and small pebbles are painted with India ink to look like moss covered earth. This is best viewed in direct sunlight or very bright indoor light. Original one of a kind Art Work by Sal Villano. #33-08 $45.00

Octopi

I kind of fell upon these in an attempt to make a very imaginative bead with the flavor of the sea but without the realism. I made swirling scrolling designs and then decided to add dots, and what did I see, but the tentacles of an octopus? So much for abstract, but I still like them just as much!
