The years go by so quickly- it's now 2012, and I'm adding a few new things to this gallery. The older fish are from 2009, many are part of a series called 'gelato' fish, so named because the colors remind me of an Italian summer treat! They all have a bit of silver leaf inside to give them that special fishy shine!

This is the fish that named the series- watermelon colors with a few seeds thrown in. It wasn't til it came out of the kiln that I realized what it looked like!

Another one I just like the feel of. Guess I just like being able to see the silver beneath the clear. And it's got that lovely gold cast too.

Hello,
I have been making lampwork glass beads for about 10 years, using a hothead torch. Always ready to try something new, you never know what you might find here or in one of my shops.
