I recently reunited with one of the best friends of my life. She had just finished surgery and chemo for breast cancer. What was this? I didn't know what to say. She introduced me to "cancer" up close and personal.

I wanted to help, so I created exclusive beads for our Race for a Cure team. I have always steered clear of using pink glass, now I I have many shades of pink! :)

We made a web site:
http://www.FemmeFus.com

I made a video of our story, and we are a Top 10 finalist in the LiveStrong video challenge! (Please see details on our site.)

It has been quite a journey...! An amazingly wonderful journey.

This gallery contains the "Femme Fus Exclusive" beads. These beads are/were only available via donation to Komen Race for the Cure.

Janet Crosby - Firefly Lampwork
Hello and welcome to my gallery pages! While I started out with the intent to make round beads... I found that I really loved doing sculptural work the best. Chickens are my favorites! I have several chicken pets as my "chicken-spirations", as well as fish, cats, dogs, and geese to keep me busy when I am not at the torch.

Please click on my web site URL below for the latest updates and to take you to my Bead Blog for the latest available beads.
