Hi,
Thank you for visiting my gallery. My name is Suzanne and I am a full time bead-making artist. I discovered lampworking just last year, but managed to make this my full time job. I am still in awe everytime I let glass melt, it's an addiction ,and I can not imagine my life without lampworking anymore!
Have a wonderfull day,
Suzanne

These beads were made during a class from no other then the lovely miss Dora Schubert. I am very honoured I was given the opportunity to take a class from such a fantastic artist.

I recently bought Sherry Bellamy's wonderfull chaos bead tutorial, and even though I don't have the talent she has, I am quite proud of the beads I've made using her tutorial and my own imagination.

I am currently working on testbeads and will post the results here. This might come in handy for the people who are new to borosilicate. These beads where all annealed for 20 minutes at 1150 and 30 minutes at 1050. For the reds and purples I'd recomand a lower annealingtemp though, this particular schedule made them really dark, and it brought out the blues and greens in tripple passion and purple luster.
I'll be doing these in every color I have, so keep an eye out for new pictures!

These beads where made using a twistie ( clear core, encased in color, striped with clear and pulled into a cane), the beads have one wrap of colored cane and three wraps of clear. They where not flamestruck but kilnstruck for 30 minutes at 1050 These are all northstar, and more pics will be added in the future. Please check out my GA color reference as well, you might find it to be helpful:) Suzanne
