I really enjoy just manipulating glass. I find myself at peace when I can play on the torch... capture light inside a piece... bring out colors that reflect the beauty I see around me every day. Life is good.

I thought I'd get tired of making hearts... I've made so many. I couldn't even begin to count... but when I sit down to torch, they happen and I truly enjoy each and every one. I guess there can never be too much love in this world, so I'll keep at it.

More copper cored big holed beads... I love this tech and I've seen it around a lot lately. I'm glad it caught on. ;)

I started electroforming soft glass, because it was easier to etch. Now I've moved on to my native glass... BORO!

I made these flowers for a friend. It was a special order... I also made a few hearts.

These are a new series of pendants I came up with. They can symbolize fertility or just a new life. Being renewed is always fun and keeps life fresh.

These are some soft glass pendants I've been working on lately. I have a love hate relationship with soft glass. I love some aspects and hate the thermal shock! LOL

I think I may just electroform everything. I love how it turns out and it's so much fun! Keep an eye on your pets and small children. If they get too close to me, they may come home plated. ;)

I recently got into electroforming. I love it and will be doing more. I wanted these to look as if they had been resting on the ocean floor. I was born in the keys and I have a thing for reefs and underwater treasures.

Ok, so this is kind of a spin off of my masquerade work. I love applying techniques I've figured out to different ideas. I often feed off of one piece into something totally different. I guess living with ADD isn't all bad. At least it's not boring! LOL

Here's a few things fresh out of the kiln. A standard flower and a new design I've been working on.

I started showing these on lampworketc.com and had an old friend name them. She's had some health problems and she thought one of these may comfort her along her journey. I named them in honor of her struggles and dedicate them to her speedy recovery.

I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Tucson was great! I did well and I can't wait for next year. The people I met were a lot of fun. The glass community is made up of some amazing people. Thanks everyone for supporting us and making my life in glass possible!

This is a boro jelly fish I did a while back. It's sold and there probably won't be another. I was just goofing around.

I'm kind of all over the map with my work. I love trying new things. The world never gets to see most of my work. Aside from having ADD, I'm also a perfectionist. Here is some interesting stuff I've done to keep my mind occupied.

Here's some more hearts. Some of these have surface decoration or wings...

This is a new technique I've been developing. It's nothing I've seen before. In hand, there's an optical quality to them that's just beautiful... they seem to glow.

This is a new technique I'm working on. It may look familiar, but I've never seen a bead completed this way. I'm not letting the cat out of the bag just yet... it's got tons more sparkle than the picture capture. The depth is really nice as well. i can't wait to make more and have folks see them in person!

I love to dabble in soft glass... and these are by far my favorite thing to make. There is a metallic sheen in these that just isn't being captured by my camera.

I'll try to get better pics of the blue band and the fire in these opals... there's so much shimmer in the cobalt band... I love layering the new sparkles under transparents. The light play is awesome, but hard to capture in pics.

Ok, if this thing gets nominated, I'm gonna have serious doubts about your sanity. This is a gold fumed set of lips, from a mold I bought... yeah, I don't think it looks like lips either! LOL
I'm gonna market them as something other than lips... wish me luck!

These holes are about a half inch... I can't wait to see what customers do with them. I love making beads that spark creativity in jewelry designers. I can see these with fiber or multi-strand designs... even just thrown on a chain.

I've enjoyed my exploration through glass very much. For me, it's about the process. The pieces of work I sell are a record of the dances I've performed with my torch. Every dance is different... variety is the spice of life!
