Leave Angel Notes Here Seems like we all have those days when it would be good to know an angel is watching over us. How about leaving your angel a note here with this angel? I can't guarantee angel communication ;), but I bet you'll feel better just knowing someone else read your message and said a little prayer for you!

I'm thinking of someone in particular today, someone I don't really know but do feel like she could use all the support she can get from her friends in real life and online. I'll bet you know of someone who could use an extra prayer or two, also.

Every time we pause to give thought to another person's situation, we are making the world a better place. How is that possible? Well, if you can take a moment to empathize with another human, it will probably affect your interactions the rest of the day

Doesn't matter if you call your thoughts "prayers" or "vibes," just so you have them, ya know?

My wish for each of you is that you will have your own personal "angel" of some sort whenever you are having a rough day or week or year. Supporting others doesn't take away from your own energy, it adds to it, so the more we pass along the better!

Thanks for stopping by to visit with AngelinaBeadalina! I'm really just plain ol' Angie or Ang, but the catchy name does suit me in the sense that I'm a motormouth who loves to play with words almost as much as I love to play with glass! You can find me here at BeadArtists.org, in my Etsy shop, or in my daily blog. You can get links to those places at www.angelinabeadalina.com (click on it above). Please pardon the use of my "official" website as a traffic control signal at the moment-- at least, that's what it makes me think of when I look at it. . . lots of directions to other places where there are updates on a daily basis. Tech-stuff would not be one of those things that I love or that comes naturally to me ;) Well, enough rambling for now, come on in, look around. . . have fun exploring my glass experiments and ideas. Peace, Ang

For Those of You Who Give of Yourself to Protect Others
For those of you who risk yourself in any way just to help another person out of a bad situation, my thoughts are with you today. I think you may need to hear someone say "thank you," just because the person you helped may have so much on their mind that they forgot to say it. And if they remembered? Then, just add me to your list of admirers because it sounds like you were brave, as well as caring.

Today, I am thinking about my former coworkers, who are dealing with the loss of Mrs. Warnette. "Trackie" was loved by so many people! I worked with her for about seven years, and the babies in our room always adored her! So did the bigger kids and the parents! I think the kids could see her good heart and how much she cared about each of them, and parents could easily strike up a conversation with her. I miss knowing that she is in this world, and I am sure that feeling is even greater for all of her friends and family.

Today is a quiet, chilly, dreary day here in the MidWest. . .but I know if I go into the little town where we shop, I will see real live human volunteers in front of the Salvation Army's red collection pots. I think these people are angels on earth for standing in cold doorways and ringing bells in hopes of making the holidays better for someone else!

You Can Leave Messages, Too :)
I just keep adding them so there will be something here every day. Today I am thinking about Vonna and her family. You may know Vonna as JustVonna here on BeadArtists or as SamIAm on LampworkEtc. I think she visits other forums, also. Anyway, she lost her son this weekend, and I'm sure she and the rest of her family can use lots of prayers and healing thoughts and virtual hugs.

Your Angel Note for Monday, December 3, 2007
Just a few hugs all 'round for everyone! Monday, beginning of the week, back to school, etc., probably has its dismal reputation for a reason, dontcha think? So why not spread a little joy to others, pass out a few hugs, give a few smiles, share a few kind words. . .Make a special moment of the day for someone, and you'll probably feel great yourself :)

Yesterday, I caught up on a few blogs, and I was stunned to see I'd missed the unexpected passing of someone's spouse. K, I am sending you belated coping and healing vibes!
Today, I am thinking about mothers who have children serving in Iraq. Thanks to guys like Justin and Joan's son! Thanks to your moms, too, for keeping on keeping on while you are so far away and in danger's way. I will be honest and tell you I don't believe we should be in Iraq, but I also believe we have to send our support to those men and women who are actually there. Just my cynical opinion, but I imagine if only 60 year old politicians were allowed to be soldiers, our country would only be fighting wars when we were truly threatened and had no other option.

Today is for daughters! This is, of course, prompted by my own Katie :) She is sitting here beside me as I drink my coffee, asking me to check the weather and wanting to know when the sun is coming up. Actually, the answer is "right now", but I don't think we are going to see very much of it with all the clouds blowing across the sky. Katie and I love to watch sunrises and sunsets, looking for all the many pinks and purples and oranges. I do hope there is someone in your life to share those kinds of special moments!

I've been reading several different library books at once this week, switching back and forth. At least one of them has mentioned keeping in touch with those people who encourage you and support your creative endeavors. . .we all need positive vibes to keep us going. My thoughts today are with all the people who do this for others! Thank you from me and everyone else! Please know that you always make a difference :)

Good morning, stay safe and warm if you're in the midwest U.S. Lots of freezing rain mentioned in forecasts, and it is cold. Today, I want to say a thank you to those people who do the extravagant decorating for Christmas. . . every time we pass by these kinds of houses, my kids are thrilled! Just wanted to send out thank you's :)
