The Roman Bath House series has been my most favorite series to date. . . The minty copper green so beautifully accents the textured silver base glass and goldstone detail. The original set was inspired by pictures that my lovely mother in law sent to me upon her return home from Italy.

This week I made several trios instead of large sets and experimented a little with new shapes.

I have only made three sets of buttons in this style so far because they are much more difficult than the rounds. Even though the design is always similar, the final outcome of the sets always leave me delightfully suprised when I take them out of the kiln. Gotta love that Terra glass!!

This is the eighth set of rounds in a series of twenty. I am always so delighted to see how differently each set turns out due to the reactive glass.
