Recycled Art Glass

Recycled glass gets a new life in this beautiful set of handmade lampwork beads! A lampwork group I belong to was approached by a group that recycle old broken glass pieces in to usable glass called frit. We were lucky to get some samples and these are my first beads created with that recycled glass. I have topped Moretti copper green with the frit and loads of fine silver foil to create these wonderful beads. I love the idea of creating new art with pieces of recycled old art!
