I love my garden. Everywhere I look there is a rose or a Lilly. Such an inspiration for my glass. I have recently fallen in love with murrini, flower cane, and those mixed together on a bead (all over again). I can paint flowers, as if it was paint. Things are really melting together nice. Ideas are evolving and I am a little bit more normal than I thought. Maybe the concept, the inner emotion could be received thru visual beauty. Maybe the "story" isn't so important....ah! who am I kidding? Art about art continues....so many artists have painted flowers. Nobody can call it "theirs!" Everybody is dead so, I guess nothing has to be dead. Freedom to celebrate art. This is a chance of a life time. A Modern philosophy of thought....hm!

I have been drawing landscapes my whole life. My family would travel the Great Lakes around Michigan in the summer (Every summer from early childhood until age 19...for about 4 weeks). I would stare at the horizon and imagine where to start and end...then I would draw. I have drawings of almost everywhere I went. I think it is time to apply those experiences and thoughts to Lampwork. Be ready for more! Thanks for looking.

Thank you for Visiting my gallery!
I am very excited to show my work here. If not for websites, I would have been a closet Artist forever.
Art is a passion to many people, and I am one of them. I am so flattered to be at a site with so many talented people.
Thank you for the moment.
