Here you can check out my gallery of borosilicate glass beads! I have been working with glass for almost a year now and am always finding new things to create and new areas to explore. The possibilities are just endless! Glass really is a great and exciting medium to work with! I also try to list the colors that are used so that other newer artists can have an idea of what some of the colors look like, along with some striking techniques and information.
I use a Oxygen/Propane torch by Nortel, and use corning pyrex glass for my clear. Thanks for checking out my page!

These beads are a little harder than most to photograph. The 3-d effect is hard to get in photos, but they are a blast to make. I will be posting more pictures soon!

These center pieces were inspired by an orchid of mine that gave me the grace to actually finally bloom in my kitchen! I stared at it for about an hour trying to figure out the best way to make one out of glass. They have a flattened bead loop hanger so that they rest right when strung and I made them a little thicker than usual so that they weren't quite so fragile. I will keep posting some new pictures when I make more.

These are a few of my more recent sets that I have had the privelage to make. Also, for those of you that are fellow glass artists, I have included the colors that I use and also some striking information. I know that when I first started out it was always helpful when colors were listed on other artists sites.

These beads are one of my favorites types to make! They almost have a mind of their own when they are being formed. I figured out how to make them when I didn't have any dichroic around, and now they are some of my favorites! It's amazing what can happen when you run out of supplies! Lol. :o)

Having recently moved from California to Nevada, I sometimes find myself dreaming of the ocean that I once called home. So, I went in to my studio and decided to make a few beads. However, I am still missing those waves and sand. Lol. I am sure that I will be putting up more photos soon!

I have been working with glass for about a whole year now and have never worked with such a exciting medium. The colors of borosilicate glass and their reactions together continue to fascinate me. I can never have a bad day when I "play" in my studio! Aside from making pieces out of glass, I also enjoy any other medium in art that I can get my hands on! Both of my parents are lost wax jewelers, and my dad has a lapidary and casting shop on the other side of town. I grew up in CA, with my parents doing art shows, which is where I first saw glass being blown.
For the past year I have been residing in Nevada, but am moving back to California soon! If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me. Also if you would like to purchase any of my work there is a link below to my ebay listings where you may do that!
