Hooloo glassworks was started in the fall of 2005 when my (then) 13 year old daughter came home from the hobby store with a glass beadmaking kit that had a six page instruction book.

Concerned for her safety, I insisted on setting it up and figuring out how to make the glass beads...and I became hooked!

Since then, we've expended in terms of equipment and space!

Blown Vessels!

Since taking a class with Tink Martin, I've spent a lot of time working to perfect the techniques and creating my own style...basically whatever takes me at the moment.

Dragons!

I've always had a love of dragons. Working with glass has given me the opportunity to explore their form and create them as I see them. Lately, I've been working more on the Chinese dragon form, different in that they don't have wings!
