Very meditative to do this kind of beads. Perhaps the Yoga lessons that I have been taking for two weeks now are responsible that these came out of the kiln today?

It's a bit like standing on a high tower and look downwards, people appear like little spots, roads, it's lively ....

The brown color of the beads reminds me of the earth in Croatia, where I have been often for holidays when I was a child. With the friendly yellow, turquoise and orange it is like the earth would swing - "swinging".

I have been living on a very small island in Thailand for 3 months. Escaped the German winter time. It took some time to set-up my workshop there (oxygene had to come by nightboat from mainland, ordered a new torch from USA ...).
Needed some days to get a feeling for the flame again since I could not work at the torch for almost one year:"baby-break" ;-)
Now ... here ... one of my latest sets: TROPICAL HEAT

My new favorites. Underwater World. DH, CIM and handpulled Murrinis. Love this combination though I am not so much into blue color.

Hi,
this is just another "BEadDICT" ;-)
Have been falling in love with the flame in summer 2004.
Live and work in Bavaria ... south of Germany - somewhere between Munich and Stuttgart. Since winter 2007 I am - with 41 - no longer a happy "Single" but a Mum with a husband and a sweet little daughter. So ... as I have to share my "beading-time" lately, I enjoy even more than before working at my torch!
