The flower center in some of the flowers are flat-backed Swarovski crystals.

I'm so happy with the way this bead turned out. Deep red ribbon roses embellish a cream and gold background. This is one of those beads that I have to say, the picture just does not do it justice.

Why is it, the last blooms of summer seem so perfect? Maybe they've spent all summer working up to the final perfect blooms. Or, maybe they just seem perfect because you know they are the last blooms you will see until spring.

Winter has it's own dream....it dreams of the first blooms of spring.The challenge was to make beads or jewelry using black, gray, white, and red.
