This is my biggest bead to date! It is 3 inches in diameter and has a 1/2" silver tube riveted through the center. Although it is much too large to wear, it is nonetheless fun to look at and hold.

This 1/2 inch sterling silver core bead was so much fun to make! I love flowers, particularly Irises in full bloom which I created on the surface of the bead using my own hand made petal canes, there are four flowers held together by a stamen cane.

These two matching silver core beads were created using Moretti copper green and rubino oro twists. The smaller bead has a 1/4 inch sterling core and the larger bead has a 1/2" core.

This bead has many colors included in the design such as purple, grape, pink, browns, and raku colors. I used Reichenbach glass for this silver core bead and the colors are just brilliant! This bead measures 16mm wide, and nearly 1 inch in diameter.

This gorgeous bead has a purple red base with green and blue reactive glass applied as a surface decoration. The wonderfully reactive glass gives wonderful hues of green, yellow, blue, with a touch of black as an accent.

This beautiful set was certainly difficult to capture with the camera, the red hues that you see appear more purple in person and the white glass really sets off the wonderful colors!

|
This is my absolute favorite set right now, every color in the rainbow can be seen in each one of these matching beads. The Large bead has a 1/2 inch core while the smaller bead has a 1/4" core.

This bead is layered with copper greens, handpulled goldstone and just a touch of raku. The Brilliant greens and golds are truly gorgeous! This bead measures 15mm wide, and 7/8 inch in diameter.

This bead was created with red/green, turquoise and then etched in an acid bath. The colors and textures on the bead really remind me of all the time my family spent in Arizona! This bead measures 16mm wide, and nearly 1 inch in diameter.

This is yet another one of my favorite silver core beads! It is layered with red green, copper greens, and just a touch of goldstone. The Brilliant blues and greens are earthy and beautiful! This lovely bead measures 16mm wide, and 26mm in diameter.

This 1/2" silver core bead was an accident! I was working on a different design and picked up the wrong stringers---Oh how I wish I knew what colors were in this bead!

This is the first silver core bead that I made. It actually has a 3/4" sterling silver tube that I was finally able to flare around the bead. That was before I realized that 3/4" is just too big!

This is one of the first silver core beads I made, I combined dark purple with red simply because it was lying on my lampwork table. I actually like the combination.

1/2 inch silver core bead made with GG Glass, they really have beautiful glass don't they?

This is also among the first that I did, it's really a practice bead.

This is one of the 3/4 inch silver core beads that I created before I realized that that particular size is just too big, it was a huge challenge and I learned a great deal though.

This bead came out fairly well except for the devitrificat... I have so much to learn.
