Brown seems to be the hot color this year, and that rocks because I really love it. Here are a few of the sets I've made these past few months.
A new style of flwoer button for me - and entirely transparent. That Czech Tobacco brown just rocks.

I can't get enough turquoise and brown - a combination that's been popular for some time now. This is a simple, fun set that I sold over at the Annealer website.

This color combo has fast become a customer favorite this season. Layering four glasses is what brought out this rich purple color.
|
This is my new favorite set of the year! It makes me think about all the spices of the season - nutmeg, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves....mm... Now I'm hungry.

Ahhh the soft greens of autumn. I live in the rainforest, and these colors are all over the place in September before everything turns yellow and orange. It's a blanket of green. Copper Green and the new Vetrofond browns over Sage make up this lush set

These pretty little things were deceptively difficult - getting that plum color took a lot of layering. :)
|
These were a customer request - and they turned out nice. I love the combination of teal and purple.
|
Florals that are sort of raised and sort of not. These were a fun experiment that turned out nicely. Perfect for fall.
|
I got to do more witches' hats this year! This isn't the best pic - it was hard to pull out both the lime green and the purple. But the hats turned out very cool!

What is it about brown that just makes every other color paired with it pop right out? I adore these colors together. Made me want chocolate. :)

I'm Kandice Seeber, a lampwork artist in Washington state. I use Effetre, Vetrofond and Lauscha in my beads. I work small! These beads may look big in the pictures, but in reality, they are pretty tiny - making them perfect for delicate jewelry designs. I am best known for using a lot of pink in my beads, and for my simple raised flowers and varied bead sets. I hope you enjoy looking at my creations - I sure enjoy making them! :)
