Just about any craft you can think of, I've done at one time or another: sculpture, ceramics, silver smithing, stained glass, lapidary, origami, painting, photography (OK, not craft but fine art according to my college professor), quilting, bead weaving, cross stitch... I think (hope) I finally found my niche! I have been creating glass beads since 2002, and while I still dabble in some of my former loves, hot glass is my favorite.

I'm normally lean towards making focals, but I feel I really need to push myself more toward sets once in a while. I'll put some of my favorites here. |

I got into glass bead making through my weaving years ago. I still do some bead weaving once in a while, and I have a weakness for purses, so I like to combine the two. |

In July '06 I spent a week in Cape Hatteras, NC and was so inspired by the beauty all I've wanted to do since then is make ocean inspired beads |

I guess this category could go under my "Creatures Great and Small" page, but I am really having fun making these, so I'm hoping I'll have a line large enough to warrant their own gallery page! |

I am a total beginner with boro. I just took my first boro class in Aug. 07, and these pics are of my early attempts. Hopefully in the future I'll have a boro gallery to really show off! |
